Share Your Musical Talents:

Cherub Choir:  Our youngest members, age preschool through 1st grade, begin each Sunday in Children’s Chapel during the 9:15 service.  Time is set aside during Children’s Chapel for the children to sing, dance and move.  On the first Sunday of the month, we ask our young members to share these songs during the offertory.  The children enjoy the opportunity to sing interactive songs to God’s glory, as much as the congregation enjoys hearing them.
Children’s Choir:  The children’s Choir sings during the 9:15 Family Service from September through May.  They also provide music for the 5:00 Christmas Eve service.  Choristers range from 3rd through 8th grade.  Rehearsals are 7:15-8pm on Wonderful Wednesdays.
Chancel Choir:  Members of the Chancel Choir sing on the fourth Sunday of the month during the 9:15 Family Service from September through May.  The choir meets weekly for rehearsals on Sunday at 7:00 pm.  Choir members begin the service as part of the congregation and then join together to sing the offertory.   They also provide music for the 9:15 and 11:00 Easter Services, as well as for the 7:30 Christmas Eve service.  Participating in the choir is a wonderful way to develop singing skills, to express your faith, and to develop long lasting friendships.
Liturgical Dance:  Prayer in movement is a wonderful way to express the presence of the Holy Spirit.  Our Liturgical Dancers range in age from 4 to 18.  Past dance experience is not required, and both boys and girls are welcome.  St. Paul’s members Jan Cline and Stephanie Mattoni work with the children for special services such as Advent, Christmas, Palm Sunday, Easter and Confirmation in this unique expression of faith and prayer through music and dance.
